We review messages as time allows. A useful report normally includes the page or tool involved, the device or browser you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots can also be helpful when reporting a visual problem.

Report A Technical Problem

If a tool fails, please avoid sending passwords, private API keys, payment information, or other sensitive credentials in your message. Instead, describe the problem and, where possible, provide a non-sensitive example of the input that caused it.

For file-processing tools, you can tell us the file type and approximate size without attaching the actual file unless we specifically request it. If the problem is limited to one browser or device, mentioning that can help us reproduce it.

We aim to respond as reasonably as possible, but ToolGrid is not a 24-hour support service. Response times can vary depending on the type and volume of enquiries. A response is not guaranteed for messages that are abusive, automated, unrelated to the site, or asking for assistance that ToolGrid cannot safely provide.
